From picking chili and tomato in the countryside, and dreaming of leaving as an undocumented worker to the United States, Ramiro González Cruz, a 24-year-old Indigenous Zapotec youth, has gone on to finish his bachelor's degree, study at Harvard University and dedicate himself to getting scholarships to promote that more children and adolescents of his people continue in school.
