I guess they couldn't hire anyone dark-skinned. or even someone more representative of the average-looking Mexican. Kinda disappointed about this, yet I'm not surprised. this is part of Mexico's dirty swamp of elitists still holding onto upper-level positions.

Mexico should be represented by people that look like the average Mexican. I don't see a problem with having white Mexicans. it's the amount or the major role they play as opposed to seeing a more representative roster. as if Mexico doesn't have any well qualified dark-skinned Mexicans.

Her name is Carina Santiago, she's a traditional cook from oaxaca invited by the institute. I guess the racist here is you portraying her as the help... lfmao!
