Tepic, Nay. The Secretary of the Navy will begin studies this week for the Puerto Nayarit Corredor del Norte project, which would be in the same area where the new Naval Sector will be built in Boca de Chila, announced last December by President Andrés Manuel López Obrador, reported the Governor Miguel Angel Navarro Quintero.
The official announcement was made after the Nayarit Executive — together with Francisco Cervantes Díaz, president of the Business Coordinating Council — presented the executive project at the SEMAR headquarters in Puerto Nayarit Corredor del Norte, "which will allow us to give our state a sea of opportunities in global trade as a logistics distribution center for Mexico and America".
