extremely sad but besides blaming the murders they need to blame the parents too...regardless wheather she was a runaway or not the parents are RESPONSIBLE for their children.....

^ Although parents are responsible for their children, people who are inept, irresponsible, and immature shouldn't be having children although they are encouraged to have them when it is obvious they are not qualified nor sane to be having children.

Since people by nature are sexual beings and are going to get it on, they should practice safe sex to avoid having unwanted pregnancies and bringing children into this world who are going to be neglected, abandoned, abused and unloved and are going to look for love, acceptance and attention in the wrong places
