i dont think you should your brother does those kinda of things b-cuz he loves you bleieve me my parents are like that & my brother 2........i know how you feel when you cant go out.....but i mean later on....hes gonna relieze...to back off he just wants to enjoy you while he cans.......you know what im sayin........but tell him you need sometime with your freinds.......& maybe both of yall can spend quality time....later on i think he'll enjoy that =}
