I really need help...i been posting at every forum i can find...the problem is not some stupid breakup...i am an adolescent...i am 16 years old...my dad constantly abuses my mom...i can't just call the cops...money wise...i can't take this...i'm considering an emancipation from my parents....does the admin or any Mod..or any mature member here...know a way for citizens under age in California to take this legal act!

I can't take no more...no joke...no drama.....I appreciate it!

why dont u try talking to a councelor at school...they might be able to help...maybe even a teacher you trust

I got you Ma first go to the guidance counsleor and tell them what's going on and how you want to get emancipated. If they won't help there are a lot of atty that will help you and consult with you for free. All check out the department of social services to see what help you can get as an emancipated child you will still need a way to take care of your self if you don't have a job that will help you to support yourself also look to go to family if they will let you stay with them also economics wise it may be best to go to the cops because you'll be broke if you get emancipated and broke if your dad gets taken by the cops also think which is better being broke because that's a situation you can come out of or your mom getting killed because your dad beat her to death Love should hurt pm me I have some national #'s I can give you that will also help you but I will only give them to you if you really want them and will use them
