I feel the emptiness that you left me with
you might as well have pushed me off that cliff
The trees down below were beautiful
to fall and have time slow down
to see and realize all the different shades of green
The flowers have never impacted me so much
the wind along my body cleansing me of my sins
drying my tears
I dont deserve to cry anymore
I am in a state of limbo
I am not here nor am I there
birds chirp a song I have never heard
it sounds like they are crying with me and for me
I dont want to keep falling deeper into this oblivion
let me out of this abyss of sorrow
everyday that passes I grow weaker the pain is so much greater
and yet you never noticed or was it that you didnt care
I want to stop feeling the way i do
i want to never feel this pain again
to never have my soul heavy
to never feel the shattering of my heart agin
it was your push that sent me to this fall
it was your pullin me close to you that made me fall in love
as sure as the sun is to rise
my body will surely end its descent
to imagine what my body will sound like when I hit bottom
