cold and ashamed while you lay
alone and depressed with your crippled wings
only the dream keeping you alive each day
watching all the other perfect, beautiful creatures go on living their meaningless lives
praying you could be just like them
while holding your broken wings,you always manage to cry
each time you try to fly and get away from the nightmare all around
lost in a sea of darkness and confusion that drowns you,
your unfinished wings holding you down
your silver and cold diamond tears scraping your poor gentle
face
while you put on the mask that fools everyone including you
your old life and happiness have dissapeard without atrace
dying slowly for the daysomeone will help you mend your shatterd wings
helping you fly away with graceful beauty
the person who again will fill your life with meaning.......
