"The Thought Of Us"

I wish i was the sunrise,
waking up to each day to see your beautiful face...
seeing you smile & my rays being the arms to your warm embrace

I wish i was your hearbeat,
the pulse that gives you the reason to love again...
to feel how it is when you're at your worse then back at your best

Could i be your wings,
that passionate breeze that will keep you at eaze...
to have our love soaring on sunsets to these beautiful seven sea's

Could i be the one kiss,
the one you wish to hold like a never-ending date...
the seal of how much my love for you is and how it'll never change

If only i was the thought,
which you would never wanna lose, even for a second...
the thought of me having you is like holding onto a piece of heaven

If only i was the eraser,
that could wipe your hurt-felt tears, the pain and more...
to the mistakes of other guys your emotions tricked you to fall for

I wish i was the metaphor,
one that would describe your feelings or view of love...
no fairytale story or like a prince that's riding out to the sun

I wish for that chance,
to prove how every word i said is a promise being made...
"i love you", if only i had that one chance to see if you felt the same
