A lot of times they don't get caught because law enforment has no way to track down illegals who rape. They rape, get deported, come back, then rape again, get deported come back and do the same things  afew times over until the police figures shit out.

 

They don't have any papers on them so how is law enforcement suppose to know their name, finger print match, DNA, physical looks without even having a record on them? Ask Mexico for help? right they are probably happy this shit is happening to us.
