How do you earn somebody's trust back, when you've lied to them? And they find out everything? What are some good ways to show that person you care and build the connect all over again.. for them to trust you?

So has anybody ever has a boyfriend or girlfriend and you just stop talking, and then.. just start talking again? Besides that, then they tell you well talk later.. how would you feel about that? When your tryna talk to them?
