Soooo I'm about to start working out now, since I've noticed I'm carrying a lil bit of weight (not too much though). Sooo I have a few questions I hope to get answered:
1. If I just do push ups (no weight lifting at all), is it possible I can get muscles on my arms?
2. If I do just sit ups, can I eventually get a 6 pack within a reasonable amount of time?
3. How many miles do you guys recommend running on an average day?
4. What pre and post work out meals should I look for? I don't wanna burn calories and then put em back on when I eat.
5. Is it possible for me to lose 15 to 20 lbs within the next 2-3 months while packing on some muscle?
