I think if you stay busy .. real busy .. and don't talk about her - not in any way at all ever, don't go where you know you may see her - or anywhere that she works or lives, lose her phone numbers, when you start to think about her - DO SOMETHING, again get busy .. at least it'll allow you the time to "move on" a little at a time and to heal somewhat ..
