Samuel Alejandro García Sepúlveda (Monterrey, Nuevo León; 28 de diciembre de 1987) es un político, abogado y financiero mexicano. Desde el 4 de octubre de 2021 es el gobernador de Nuevo León.

Born in Monterrey, he studied a degree in Law and Finance, then a master's degree in Public Law, both at the Instituto Tecnológico y de Estudios Superiores de Monterrey (ITESM). He studied a doctorate in Public Policy and Public Administration at the then Graduate School of Public Administration and Public Policy (EGAP) of Tecnológico de Monterrey, and pursued another doctorate in Tax Law at the ITAC University. He is currently pursuing his third doctorate, now in Constitutional Law and Governance, at the Autonomous University of Nuevo León (UANL).
