My Judgement Day

Lord please show compassion
On my judgement day,
Open the gates of heaven
Don?t let me go the other way,

Please don?t be hard on me
Life has hurt me enough,
So please show a little mercy
Show me a little bit of love,

Lord I am not asking you
For a set of wings nor a halo,
Because I know I am not an angel
But heaven is where I want to go,

Destination heaven or hell
You will decide on my judgement day,
I want to make it to heaven
And for that everyday I pray.
