It's not that easy.My dad has done bad things.Hes been locked up for stabbing someone and hes an alcaholic.

No wonder your close with your mom. That sucks about your dad being locked up. Now i kind of understand why you can't bond with him.

Theres times he wants to chill with me ,but it makes me uncomfortable.

I would feel the same way too...it would be akward talking to your dad knowing that he did something bad witch you can't take out of your head cause it just pops up in your mind whenever you see him.

I hope he changes hes ways and changes u kno hopefully we can get closer
I mean I try to ignore the fact that he has done bad things in the past,
the only problem now is that he drinks to much.

I hope you two do get closer....Alcoholic.....now that's going to be hard for him to get off of it. my uncle is an alcoholic to, but it's to hard for him to get off of it. My dad use to be one, but thank god he not one anymore. Just have hope and faith that your dad will stop drinking. Things will change..trust me You just have to be patient.
