Now we can level the legal playing field because now us the common folk can have legal reprensentation 24/7. At $26 or less a month you can have access to a lawyer or lawyers for most anything.
I got a question for you. If you took a $40 blouse to the
cleaners and they messed it up and refuse to make it rite. Would you
call a lawyer or just sweep under the rug and not do business there
anymore!
Most people will sweep it under the rug, since the price of a lawyer is
around $100 - $200 an hour it cost way more to call the lawyer that what
the shirt costed.
One more question! What if you where driving down the road and turned
for just a second to say something to the kids or maybe looking for the
cell phone and out of nowhere, theres a kid in the road and you hit
him. I hope this never ever happens but lets say it did because it
happens everyday. Lets say the kid died. Can you afford a Lawyer if you
are charged with Negligence Homicide or Vehicular Homiced which would
run thousand on top of thousand? You would most likely have to rely on
a public defender.
