wtf are you talking about that ^^ doesnt even make any sense in english, re-phrase it. everyone knows latino was a european term but now its not words change over time, if you put latino in google or wikipedia it will come up with the americas not europe. the word has been changed if you dont understand that then i suggest you travel the world.
