It's depicting the whole entire caucasians as a whole and calling them refuse. The fact that "some" white-skinned individuals are "trashy" so to speak, does not give anyone the right to acknowledge their color of skin to make a comment. Skin color has not one thing to do with it. Therefore it is a racial and segregating comment.
