Just when you thought America had ceded its parenting failure crown to Indonesia -- home of the infamous smoking two yr old -- comes today's alarming bit of viral video.

The clip, taken at this weekend's game between the Philadelphia Phillies and the San Diego Padres, shows what appears to be a young boy enjoying a beer in the stands. And, it must be said, handling it like a pro.

so what? in spain babies are sometimes given water and wine in their bottles. kids drink beer in germany. in italy, alcoholic drinks are pretty much open to all, also in france, I think.
