Victoria Rodríguez Ceja currently works as Undersecretary of Expenditures of the Ministry of Finance. He has a degree in Economics from the Monterrey Technological Institute of Higher Studies (ITESM) and has a Master’s in Economics from the Colegio de México (Colmex).
