Why cant Mexicans get decent jobs?

Why cant Mexicans get decent jobs in America? Why I always see them cleaning someone's house, school, bathrooms, and all kinds of shit? Why do I also see them mowing lawns including mine? Is it because most of them are immigrants who can't get legal citizenships or because they can't speak english?
