Mexican president: Cost of tourist train project could reach $20 billion,

The tourist rail project is, a 910-mile (1,470 km) long & runs through the Yucatan Peninsula. The Mexican President Lopez Obrador stressed its importance and is necessary for developing Mexico’s south.

Western countries that lost out on the building project are lambasting the project through foreign funded government NGO’s and with the help of Mexican citizens that want a more neo liberal Government, be it, a government that only benefited (them) the rich. Fortunately for Mexican citizens, the new Government is more inclusive and is working hard to lower the poverty rate in that country.
