Ok. Why get rid of the nukes?

Have you ?

Of course he hasn't, but grape, oh excuse me steve doofy keeps bringing it up. I made the mistake of talking about it when I first got on here and was totally disrespected- so I won't make that mistake again.

He comes up with a lame copy and paste and then when it's time for him to actually say something on his own he says something moronic like "The US military is better off without nukes".

Lol. You can try and shift the onus for your admitting to keeping multiple personalities to me, but I am not Grape Ape. If you have proof put it up. If not well back to the subject.

If it isn't prove it. Back it up I can, and I did. Whenever someone outdoes you with facts you wine and blame them for cutting and pasting. The logic is simple we far outspend every other nation in the world militarily. Simple fact.

The only way to level the playing field for them is to have nukes. Russia can wipe us out with nukes and we can do the same to them. Even.

Sans nukes we would obliterate them one on one. If you have anything more than hot air to contribute do so. Oh and if it's a picture try and make it like a graph, pie chart or something of the like. You still have yet to display intelligence on this issue here's your chance. Step up.

LOL!!! Getting under your skin? There is a subject here. If you'd like to add something bearing some semblance of intelligence go ahead. I won't be going anywhere anytime soon.

Don't forget the subject is regarding why we should get rid of nukes. Or by implication shouldn't.

But hey that's only my humble opinion.

Well, what I am wondering is why Obama's focus is on political relationships wih other countries? Why is this so important to Obama? But yet, the state of economy for the United States does not matter? Americans are out of work, losing their houses and going hungry. Enlighten me please.

Look I'm a Republican and I can tell you that's just not true. If it were he would not have the stimulus passed, the health care passed, all the financial overhaul efforts. It was one campaign promise, just like a stimulus which he did and working towards nuclear reduction around the world, which he did.

There is currently efforts right now with regards to financial regulations aimed at heading off "too big to fail" banks now. I mean that statement isn't true. Even consumers are starting to spend which is an indicator the recovery something he worked towards is on track.

The continuing improvement in consumer spending no longer catches us off guard, having observed the improvement despite income stagnation. As the labor market continues to turn, growth in incomes should put a floor under consumption patterns and while consumption is not likely to grow as robustly as the decline might suggest and still remain below the previous peak and trend line, it is growing more than we originally anticipated. This is a fact that cannot be ignored. ?Dan Greenhaus, Miller Tabak

The consumer is back. Overall, this was a positive report signaling that consumers are increasing expenditures amid positive stock market wealth effects and the early gains in labor income. The pick-up in consumer spending is crucial for creating positive momentum in the economy and making it a sustained recovery. ?Michelle Meyer, Barclays Capital

Every major category was up with the exception of gasoline (-0.4%) and electronics/appliances (-1.3%) ? the latter was up a ton the prior two months, so a reversal is not a huge surprise. Among the highlights - general merchandise sales rose 0.6%, apparel rose 2.3%, home improvement up 3.1%, restaurants rose 0.3%, furniture +1.5%. ?Jay Feldman, Credit Suisse

It is not solely because of campaign promises I mean Reagan, Bush the 1st, Clinton and even W either hoped for or worked towards nuclear arms reduction. It's in the end in our best interest.

I would like to see a more pointed jobs program like some of those during the Great Depression, but then again that would mean more spending. I think if spending is up that is an automatic sign of better things to come as that effects things like manufacturing and shipping. That effects jobs.

Louie, you still have your dictionary???

Whatever happened to "I'm not talking to you until you prove you're Doocy?"

This is the subject if there is anything adult you wish to contribute - Ok. Why get rid of the nukes?

Here's my response to Fish Surf.

Maybe he's thinking we can't borrow money from China for ever, so he's bowing down for cash???

Hi there fish . IMHO as a member her said its to get a feather in his hat . But they all try to do this . Obama lost a lot of creditability with the American people . So now he has to look good to the world , since most see him as a looser with his own country .

I love facts, why don't you show proof that you are who you say you are, because I don't want to talk to some delusional pretender.

I haven't provided you proof yet. Are you backing down from your statement?

Let me know if you are stalking me. Otherwise wait till I answer your request.

Actually considering the recession he isn't doing bad. His numbers are at Reagan's at about the same time in his presidency domestically.
