no need to work out evryday or get in a diet.
as for da amounts of food you eat, wat you can do is
eat 5 meals a day small portions and cut down on sum carbs
like fast foods & junk food. now im not saying to completely stop eating them
because i understand you get cravings so you can chose a day maybe sundays to eat wateva you want just not past 7 at night. you dont have to work out evryday, maybe just 3days a week the times & amount of exercise vary on your schedule & target weight.
try signing up for a gym, if not work out at home.
cardio helps lose weight.
running,jump rope,jogging,bicycle riding, running up & down stairs,
mountain climbers etc.
doesn't have to be exercise maybe you can try
dancing,boxing,kick boxing,wrestling etc.
also to tighten your body you can use sit ups,
crunches,push ups,pull ups,squats, & lounges.
their is many types of work out routines that will help you focus on your target weight & body.
